نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا وحرصًا على معايير النظافة والصحة، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال ملابس السباحة بعد استلام الطلب.

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير مطابق للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور للمنتج، وسيتم مراجعة الحالة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and health considerations, all swimwear sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item. We will review the case and take the appropriate action.
